Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The AuthentiQ Community ("AuthentiQ," "we," "us") handles personal information on theauthentiqcommunity.com and hub.theauthentiqcommunity.com. The sites are operated by Dani Cabrera, doing business as All Elite Homes (DRE #02088934). All Elite Homes is brokered by Epique Inc (DRE #02215280).
What we collect
Information you give us
- Username, email address, first name, last name and password when you create an account
- Your name, email, city and state if you submit an event interest form
- Anything else you choose to send us
Information collected automatically
- Your membership level, account dates and email verification status
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, which our hosting and security systems record
- Cookies, described below
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and give you access to your modules
- To verify your email address and send messages about your account
- To gauge interest in events by city and tell you about events you asked to hear about
- To prevent spam and abuse, keep the sites working, and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use advertising pixels on these sites.
Who can see it and who we share it with
The community's founders can see member and event interest information so they can run the community and manage access. We otherwise share information only as needed with:
- Service providers that run the sites, including our web host
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google
- Content delivery networks and font providers that some member pages load files from, which can receive your IP address and browser information when your browser requests those files
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when needed to protect rights and safety
- A successor, if the sites or community are transferred
Joining the community does not make you part of any brokerage.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep you logged in, keep the sites secure and remember your cookie choices. The member hub's cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can also block cookies in your browser, though logging in may then stop working.
Browsers can send "Do Not Track" signals. The sites do not change their behavior in response to them.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we delete or de-identify your information within 90 days, unless we need it longer for legal, security or dispute reasons. Event interest submissions are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to remove them. Deleted information can remain in backups until they are replaced.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your profile from your account at any time. You can also ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you event or other optional messages.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights. California residents may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to be free from retaliation for using these rights. We honor these requests for all members, wherever they live.
To make a request, email hello@theauthentiqcommunity.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. An authorized agent may make a request for you where the law allows it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password.
Children
The sites are intended for adults and real estate professionals. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to tell members.
